1. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all of mainland UK.
Additional charges may apply for:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Isle of Wight

  • Remote locations

If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.


2. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product:

  • Beds & Frames: 3–10 working days

  • Custom-made items: 7–21 working days

  • Mattresses: 2–7 working days

You will receive a delivery update or time slot once your order is ready to dispatch.


3. Will I receive a time slot?

Yes. Once your order is scheduled for delivery, our team or the courier will contact you with a delivery date and time window.


4. Can I change my delivery date?

Yes — just contact us at least 24 hours before dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.


5. What if I am not home during delivery?

If no one is available:

  • A redelivery fee may apply

  • The courier may leave a card or contact you

  • If the item is returned to us, additional charges may apply

We recommend arranging for someone to be present on the delivery day.


6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please notify us within 24–48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A short description

We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.


7. Can I return a product?

Yes — but returns depend on the item:

Change of mind:

  • You have 14 days to notify us

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Faulty or damaged items:

We will cover the return or replacement cost.


8. Are mattresses returnable?

For hygiene reasons, unwrapped or used mattresses cannot be returned, unless they are faulty on arrival.


9. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty (usually covering structural or manufacturing defects).
Warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Misuse or accidental damage

  • Assembly mistakes

Contact us if you need help with a warranty claim.


10. Do you offer assembly services?

Some items may include assembly.
If not, you can request an assembly service for an additional fee (subject to availability).


11. Can I cancel my order?

Before dispatch:

Yes — you can cancel for a full refund.

After dispatch:

Delivery/return fees may apply.
